Photo-by-photo Health Check report
Phillip walks your exterior with a checklist — caulk, flashing, rot, prep needs, sun exposure — and documents what he sees with photos. You get the full report in writing shortly after.
Personalized scope & fixed price
Your scope is built on what we actually saw, not a per-square-foot template. The price is fixed before we start. If something changes mid-job, we tell you first and you decide.
Premium prep + premium product
Pressure wash, scrape, sand, prime, caulk, flash. Then two coats of coastal-grade product. We paint for Louisiana humidity, not Pinterest.
Daily updates & clean job site
You get a quick text update at the end of every work day with photos. Tools, drop cloths, and trash come with us when we leave.
Walkthrough & 7-year warranty
Nothing is 'done' until we walk it together and you sign off. You leave with a written 7-year workmanship warranty — and a thank-you packet of before/after photos.
